Step 1 of 2: the problem

What it's built with

You'll get an email in about a minute. Reply to it with your workflow file or a recording link, and you'll get a written report within 48 hours. No call needed.
I use your details only to reply and prepare your report. See the Privacy Policy.

What I check

  • Does it fail without telling anyone?
  • Does it try again when an app or the AI is busy?
  • Will a login or API key expire and stop it?
  • Can it handle more leads at the same time?
  • Is there a backup and a record of what ran?

What you get

  • A short written report
  • What will break, and why

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes, for now. In return, if the report helps you, I'll ask for a short testimonial. I won't name you or your client without permission.

When do the 48 hours start?

When I receive your workflow file or recording. Monday to Friday. If I can't make it for any reason, I'll tell you the same day.

Do I need to give you access to my accounts?

No. An exported workflow file or a short screen recording is enough for the report. Before you send it, check that no passwords or API keys are typed into it.

Will my client see your name?

No. Everything is white-label, and I can sign a simple NDA. I treat your workflows and data as confidential.

Which tools do you work with?

Mostly n8n and custom code. If yours is built with Make, Zapier or GoHighLevel, send it anyway. Most automations break in the same places: connections between apps, busy services, expired logins and missing alerts. If it's outside what I can fix, I'll tell you honestly.
